How to Find the Variance at Physical Inventory

This video will demonstrate how to find the variance when doing a physical inventory:

How to Find the Variance at Physical Inventory

1. Tap Day End
   
   
2. Tap Yes
   
   
3.  Tap Physical Inventory
   
   
4. Adjust inventory if necessary and tap Post.
   
   
5. Sign and type your name. Then Tap the Continue button.
   
   
6. Print a copy of your Truck Inventory Report and tap the Continue button.
   
   
7. Tap the Continue button
   
   
8. This is your Day End reports  you can choose the last Invoice on the list to see what the total items and dollar amount will be for what was a Variance only. 
   
   Print a copy of this Invoice and tap the back arrow Print Preview button.
   

6. Tap on Truck Inventory Reconciliation to see the variances.
