Overview: This guide will provide Peet’s business stakeholders with a detailed view of the steps Peet's RSRs will take to use the Shelfgram application to take images of the coffee sets at customer accounts.
Peet's RSRs will take photos once quarterly at each store on their route. This includes photos of the entirety of the coffee aisle, displays, and endcaps that feature Peet's or partner brands.
Please note: If the Store has WiFi available, please connect to it before proceeding.

Section 1: How to enable Location tagging in the Camera app
- Tap the Camera icon from the home screen
- Tap the Gear icon to open the camera settings.
- If Location Tags is disabled as shown below, tap to enable.

Location services are now enabled. Tap the home button on
the tablet to return to the home screen.

Section 2: How to Sign in to Shelfgram

Tap the Shelfgram icon from the home screen.
- Tap Skip

It will prompt the user to sign in using their work Peet's email address.
a) Enter your @peets.com email address, example username@peets.com.
b) Tap the next button once it turns green after entering the user's work email. - Shelfgram will send a one-time 4-digit verification code to the email address to be entered on this screen. Once entered, it will automatically sign the user in.
This is an example of the email with the code.
*Please note that this is not a valid code. -
The user is now successfully logged into Shelfgram.

Section 3: How to use Shelfgram to capture photos
- To submit a photo to Shelfgram, tap the Upload button.

Within the New upload screen, the user has the option to:
a) Upload recently taken photos stored on the device
b) Capture a new photo.
Please note: It is best practice to capture all photos while servicing the customer account.
If the Store has WiFi available, please connect to it before uploading the photos taken. - To capture a photo to upload immediately tap the Capture button.

Shelfgram will prompt the user to select a retailer.
a) Search for a retailer by entering the retailer name.
b) Select a recently visited retailer from the list that appears

The viewfinder will appear to take a photo.
To focus, tap the center of the screen.
A yellow box will appear briefly to focus the image.
- Tap the Blue button to take the photo.
- The user has the options to:
a) Upload the photo if it is clear and legible.
b) Retake the photo if it is not clear and legible. - Tap the Upload button to upload the photo to Peet's Coffee Private Space.
- The user will see a Finished screen after the photo has completed uploading to Shelfgram.
- To continue taking additional photos.
Tap anywhere on the viewfinder preview to continue taking additional photos. - Note: If a photo Failed to upload, tap the retry button to try again.
It will turn green after successfully uploading.

Repeat steps 5-10 to continue capturing all coffee set photos.
Once all photos have been taken and uploaded.
Tap the X icon to go back to the New upload screen
- Tap the back arrow on the New upload screen to return to the Shelfgram main screen.
- The user will now be back on the Shelfgram main screen.
- To view uploaded images. Tap the person icon with the signed-in user's name.
- Tap the My uploads button.

All previously uploaded images are visible to view.

Section 4: How to Sign Out Shelfgram
- From the Shelfgram main screen.
Tap the person icon with the user's first name. - Scroll up on the user's page to view additional options.
- Tap the Log Out button.
- The user will be signed out into the initial Shelfgram screen.
